Halloween Hullabaloo

Dress up your little ghosts & goblins for the Mall’s Children’s Halloween Party Saturday October 28th from 11am-3pm at the Salmon Arm Library. There will be music & games with ‘Scarlet the Scarecrow’, Halloween craft station, Library story times, pumpkin scavenger hunt and More for children 12 & under.
